After being auctioned off by the city and receiving zero bids, 150 Swan Street was sold for $8,500 to the neighboring property owner.

13 South Main Street sold for $300,000 to M&T Investment Group LLC.

77 South Union Street sold in June for $750,000 to Lambertville Suites LLC. It is currently for lease.

At the Intersection of Supply and Demand

1 Quarry Street is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom 1,082 square foot house that is surrounded on three sides by a busy road and is also across from a gas station. It sold for $450,000.

Future Townhomes

56 South Union Street is a 1,000 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, in-the-flood-zone house that is for sale—asking $750,000.

This pricing of the property may be targeted at developers, because it is block-to-block lot and could potentially be subdivided into two lots where two million-dollar houses could be built. Otherwise, it’s a steep price for a tiny house with a yard.

Flipping Out

30 North Franklin Street was dilapidated and it sat on the market for quite a while before selling for $235,000. The house was renovated into a residential property and is now for sale at the asking price of $1,295,000. The buyer will have to like the sound of cars and be comfortable crossing four lanes of serious traffic whenever they walk into town. A price reduction seems likely.
