Case #2026-006822
On Wednesday, July 1st, 2026 at 1615 hours, patrol responded to Church Street for the report of a located stolen bicycle. The bicycle was returned to its owner.
Case #2026-006911
On Friday, July 3rd, 2026 at 1652 hours, patrol responded to the Lambertville Station Restaurant for the report of a female acting out. After further investigation, Sally Elkholy was arrested and charged with Defiant Trespass 2C:18-3b(1) and Disorderly Conduct 2C:33-2a(1). Elkholy was released on her own recognizance.
Case #2026-006953
On Friday, July 3rd, 2026 at 2211 hours, patrol was dispatched to the parking lot located at 1 Cherry Street for the report of a hit and run motor vehicle crash. Through further investigation, Sergeant Gramlich also determined the incident to involve an assault and terrorist threats. Eric Yudin was arrested and charged with two counts of Simple Assault 2C:12-1a(1), two counts of Terroristic Threats 2C:12-3a, and Criminal Mischief 2C:17-3a(1).

On Friday, July 3rd , 2026 at 2240 hours, patrol was dispatched to Station Court for a report of a female who was assaulted in the area. Officer Caponpon and D/Sgt. Bast are investigating.

On Saturday, July 4th, 2026 at 2015 hours, patrol was dispatched to a residence on Bridge Street for an attempted burglary. Sergeant Gramlich and Officer Bradley are investigating.

On Monday, July 6th, 2026 at 1257 hours, patrol was dispatched to a business on Bridge Street for the report of a female throwing items. Officer Caponpon and Officer Zilliox investigated.

On Wednesday, July 8th, 2026 at 2023 hours, Detective Sergeant Bast investigated a suspicious telephone call believed to be a scam.

On Wednesday, July 8th, 2026 at 1512 hours, patrol was dispatched to the American Legion for a fight involving several individuals. Detective Sergeant Bast is investigating.

On Sunday, July 12th, 2026 at 1815 hours, patrol was dispatched to the area of North Union Street between Coryell Street and Church Street for the report of criminal mischief to municipal property. Officer Berry is investigating.

On Tuesday, July 21st, 2026 at 0212 hours, patrol was dispatched to The Lambertville Station Inn for the report of a trespasser on location. Officer Berry is investigating.
Case #2026-007690
On Thursday, July 23rd, 2026 at 1407 hours, patrol responded to a business on Bridge Street for patron who did not pay for their meal. Officer Caponpon investigated.
